This position is a subject matter expert on vendor management services for assigned client(s), contractual terms, SLA(s), KPIs, guarantees and penalties. This position monitors / analyzes vendor performance, measures performance against SLAs, KPIs, anticipated ROI, identifies supplier improvement opportunities, coordinates supplier audit activities / responds to and coordinates supplier interactions with HCSC departments. This role also supports Manager / Director related to vendor management activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree with 3 years experience in vendor management, Service Level Management with a focus in IT or Operations OR 5 years experience in vendor management with a focus in IT or Operations; 2 years experience developing and managing Service Level Agreements; Knowledge of risk, compliance and audit competencies; Customer relationship management skills; Results orientation Negotiation skills and ability to influence; Written and verbal communication skills; Experience with process design, integration, implementation & continuous improvement; Experience developing, reviewing contracts and recommending improvements; Problem solving / analytical thinking Vendor Management experience; Broad knowledge of IT (application development, infrastructure, operations, security); Ability to travel for site visits

Preferred Job Qualifications: Knowledge of HCSC internal SLAs and related Performance Guarantees; Knowledge of AMS contracts within ITG; Process design experience
