This position is responsible for providing guidance, standardized templates and artifacts to support IT Business Segment / IT Business Service / IT Technology service in the development of their strategy; injecting the overarching IT strategy into the various specific strategies, as required; understanding implications of key trends affecting IT and leverage these insights to influence their strategic planning efforts.


  • Bachelor and 6 years of experience in strategic planning and development OR 8 years of experience in strategic planning and development.
  • 3 years of project leadership and/or management experience.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and execute complex tasks with limited to no supervision.
  • Consulting skills; ability to provide appropriate and tailored guidance underpinned by an understanding of the needs, business strategies and culture of each IT portfolios.
  • Project management skills to ensure optimized resource/processes.
  • Travel including overnight stays expected


  • MBA or advanced degree/education preferred.
  • Understanding of and experience in the health care/insurance industry.
