IT Process Design & Governance Analyst

Job Purpose:This position is responsible for leading and supporting continuous improvement progress and initiatives in technology planning and program portfolio/project management. The process analyst will work with key stakeholders using a continuous improvement (CI) framework to identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities to optimize processes including roles and systems then strengthen adoption for measurable results. They will have a passion for continuous improvement with the ability to align stakeholders and define initiatives the then lead change control, process design, and system enablement for measurable results.
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of continuous improvement and/or technology or program planning experience
Act as change agent to support a continuous improvement culture
Basic understanding of technology planning and/or program portfolio/project management
Define current state process baseline including performance metrics
Facilitate or support analysis of process/system to identify improvements
Gauge the benefit and cost of initiatives for prioritization
Lead or support process control, design, and improvement medium size initiatives
Govern change control at project and cross functional levels to sustain progress
Use of process and output metrics to measure performance results
Develop process documentation and contribute to process audits and inventory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present clearly to teams
Adept at collaborating and influencing in a matrix environment
Relationship management including conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Master‘s Degree (preferred) from an accredited university or college
*Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, Project Management, or similar certifications
