Job Purpose

This position will be responsible for the support of executive level staff members and their assistants that are mainly located in the Chicago office. This roll requires a professional individual that has the interpersonal skills to work with executives while having the technical knowledge to address their concerns.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to support executive personnel. This position will consist of assisting executives in their daily issues and meetings. A professional persona and attire is a must. As a part of this role, occasional evening support may be required. This position will require an individual with experience consisting Windows and MAC hardware and software, audio/video support and managed iOS and Android devices to name a few.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors' Degree and 5 years in Information Technology.
  • Min of 5 years' experience in the support of both Apple MAC and Windows PC environments
  • Experience supporting audio/video conference rooms
  • Windows and MAC PC support experience
  • Managed mobile device knowledge consisting of iOS and Android
  • Experience supporting conference rooms and the equipment
  • Ability to prioritize and make trade-off decisions
  • Ability to solve technological issues
  • Ability to manage change
  • Occasional evening support
