Financial Regulatory Programs Consultant

Job Purpose: This position is responsible for providing consulting, direction, guidance and support to business stakeholders to ensure documentation governance of financial regulatory programs across the enterprise. This position will ensure financial regulatory program processes, policies, and procedures are accurately documented as well as assist the business with revisions and/or additions.

Required Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience or Masters Degree and 3 years of experience in compliance or legal or security or auditing
• 2 years of business consulting experience
• Understanding issues involving operational processes related to financial regulatory programs
• Proven project management, planning and execution experience
• Policy and procedure documentation experience
• Experience with process mapping
• Strong Analytical skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience with regulatory change
• Excellent presentation development skills
• Ability to facilitate a meeting with a senior audience
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio skills

Preferred Job Qualifications
• Masters degree in Business or Finance
• Actuary or Healthcare industry experience
• External consulting experience
• Legal and regulatory auditing
• Experience with regulatory financial programs
• Process Improvement
• Tools: RSAM; Compliance 360
• Familiarity with ACA, Medicare, Medicaid
