This position is responsible for leading complex projects or a program with sub-projects that pertain directly to Enterprise Network Solutions and Government Programs. The work may focus on the strategy and execution of existing and new Government network offerings or other project/product implementations as assigned. It will require ensuring project scope is aligned with stated business objectives; setting and managing customer/stakeholder expectations; managing and escalating issues and changes; developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders; articulating the downstream business and system impacts of the implementations. This role acts as a liaison between line of business owners, Plan Network, and system implementation teams.

This position interfaces with various business teams to achieve goals and desired outcomes, developing a thorough understanding of business needs and coordinating them with the overall HCSC strategy; working closely with all customers to understand state specific environments and evolving cost of care savings and industry needs to meet business goals. Additional responsibilities include effectively managing relationships with internal / external departments including but not limited to Plan Networks, Product Implementation / Product Solutions, EHCM and technical teams.


  • Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, in health care industry OR Masters Degree and 3 years of experience strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations in health care industry OR 9 years experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, in health care industry.
  • Experience managing complex corporate projects
  • Organization, prioritization, problem solving and communication skills
  • Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments and levels
  • Business and financial analysis skills
