BASIC FUNCTION:

Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, this position is responsible for managing the overall budgeting, administration and reporting for the division to ensure maximum performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, and Management Science / Operations Research with 4 years' experience in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance OR 8 years' experience in Accounting, Business, Financial Management or Consulting, preferably in an insurance or health care environment.
  • Experience analyzing financial data.
  • Experience developing and facilitating presentations to executive management.
  • Experience in project management and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to develop sensitive and persuasive communications, interface with all levels of the corporation, and represent division at corporate executive level meetings.
  • Analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
