Customer Experience/Communications Consultant

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for executing key work efforts to support the articulation and implementation of the customer experience strategy through collaboration with business and operational areas. Responsible for contributing to the experience for members, prospective members and providers through effective digital and print communications. Writing and editing skills for this role is very important and writing samples will be required if interviewed, and demonstrate strong communication skills using digital technologies.

Required Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience in using multiple digital and print communication channels

• Knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office

• 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing communications

• Knowledgeable about voice of customer programs and tools

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in marketing, design or human factors.

• Health care and/or insurance experience.
