Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for supporting the retail strategy and exploring partnerships with retailers. Executes partnerships with retailers that will lead to the acquisition of new retail members for HCSC. Assess and evaluate partnerships with retailers, contributing to the development of RFPs and negotiation of potential deals. Supports the development of new partnership channels for HCSC, and other innovations that drive awareness, conversion and sales.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field
  • 5 years marketing/advertising experience or retail marketing/sales experience
  • 1 years in acquisition, marketing, partnerships and/or new business development
  • Experience leading major business, planning, and development efforts
  • Financial acumen
  • Verbal and written communications skills to negotiate, present and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and with external agencies
  • Leadership presence and skills to drive collaborative work processes across multidisciplinary teams
  • Travel required

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Master Degree in Business, Marketing or similar field.
  • Knowledge of managed care/health care products, operations and sales channels.
