Basic FunctionThis Gateway and Integration Architect position is responsible for ensuring alignment of project specific designs with application architecture roadmap; supporting project and/or product teams on functional and technical design activities; defining the interaction between application packages, databases, and middleware systems to optimize product functional coverage; acting as subject matter expert (SME) for products that require integration into the application. It is essential that the individual filling this position has a passion for cutting edge integration technologies and the capacity to guide our team as we navigate a changing healthcare landscape with more effective integration with partners and HCSC systems. Required Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree and/or 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 years Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experienceKnowledge or experience with Mulesoft AnyPoint Platform or Elastic StackHands on Experience with API architecture and designExperience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS)Experience in gateway and integration technologies (file, API, SOAP and RESTFUL Web Services, JWT, Web Service Security)Expertise in XML, XSLT, JSON, XPATH and JAVA/J2EEUnderstanding of service oriented architecture (SOA)Knowledge of basic Database skills for writing SQL scriptsKnowledge of EAI /SOA Design Patterns and Best PracticesProblem solving /analytical thinkingPossess ability to manage workload, manage multiple priorities, and manage conflicts with customers/employees/managers, as applicableApplication domain knowledgeTeamwork and collaborationAbility to tie together solutions across systemsExperience or understanding of Jira, GitHub, Jenkins toolsExperience in using Jmeter, SoapUI testing toolsExperience of SDLC Methodology (Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development) Preferred Job Description:Hands On Experience with Integration Technologies like:§ Mulesoft AnyPoint Platform§ Elastic Stack§ Apache NiFi§ Apache KafkaLI-POSTCACB*
