This position is responsible for developing master document and/or account-specific financial agreements, including phases of research drafting, coordination of internal approvals, filing of language with the local Department of Insurance, programming and implementation; and providing consultative services to multiple corporate areas.


  • 4 years experience in health insurance contract and claim administration agreement and financial agreement development.
  • Knowledge of health products and procedures, underwriting requirements, contract and funding arrangements.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers and other contract specialists.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • PC proficiency to include Word and desktop publishing application.


  • Bachelor Degree in English.
  • QuickSilver desktop publishing application experience.
  • Paralegal and/or legal experience.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish
