HBO Payroll Administrator (Fixed Term)


The position requires strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work with confidential employee information; requires excellent time management skills and proficiency with computer software packages, particularly spreadsheet and database programs; strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.


  • Administration of time tracking and W-2 applications
  • Input direct deposit and W-4 information for all payrolls
  • Process and reconcile weekly and biweekly payrolls
  • Assist with the annual cable renewal process
  • Payroll contact for employee inquiries
  • Filing as needed
  • Work on special projects as they arise


  • 1-3 years of payroll experience
  • Proficient excel skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
