Digital Copywriter

This Junior level position as a Digital Copywriter will work directly with the Creativeand eCom Teams, using seasonal strategies and stories to create on-brand copyand messaging through a variety of eCommerce projects. Must thrive infast-paced environment, be thoughtful about the customer journey, and understand the value of the customer relationship. Essential Functions:

  • Applies brand voice to create persuasive messaging to enhance the customer experience, customer retention, and increase revenue
  • Ability to translate creative brand strategies into engaging and meaningful copy
  • Contributes new ideas and collaborative ways of thinking to elevate results
  • Executes projects from kickoff to concept, outline, and draft stages with revisions
  • Produces quick turn-around of exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading
  • Creates digital copy and messaging for ecommerce, including emails, email subject lines, banner copy, social ads, SEO

Experience/Skills:

  • Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to mirror our brand voice
  • Thrives in a high volume, deadline-drivenenvironment with aggressive turnaround times
  • 2-3 years professional copywriting experiencefor digital marketing and eCommerce (apparel, fashion or retail environmentstrongly preferred)
  • Strong portfolio of work
  • Collaborative communication and interpersonalskills
  • Ability to adapt to direction and feedback
  • Proficiency in a Mac environment using Word, Excel required

Education:

Bachelors degree in English, Marketing or related fieldpreferred
