Corporate - Digital Marketing Coordinator

As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be supporting the operations of the digital marketing programs and digital marketing channels. We are looking for someone with strong paid media digital marketing experience and is fascinated by the world of performance-based marketing, analytics and technology. You will execute paid search, display, and mobile all while keeping the customer at the center of everything you do. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to be hands on, create efficient procedures and contribute to the success of the digital team.

Essential Functions:

  • Help manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships
  • Support strategy for affiliate program including recruitment and retention
  • Review and approve affiliate applications
  • Closely monitor and manage affiliates budget
  • Monitor day to day affiliate activities, responding to publisher inquiries and drafting communications and newsletters for various campaigns
  • Work closely with publishers and Digital Marketing Manager to maximize effectiveness of each campaign
  • Execute promotional strategy with partner sites and develop campaign ideas
  • Run and analyze reports, give insights and recommend improvements on partner site activities and on the overall affiliate program
  • Initiate new campaign ideas and placement/exclusive offers for affiliates
  • Build and deploy affiliate newsletters
  • Support other acquisition initiatives including, but not limited to: SEO tasks, Social Media advertising, Display Ads, Sweepstakes

  • Bachelors degree required plus 2-3 years of digital marketing experience
  • Basic understanding of how various digital channels interact and complement one another
  • Discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
  • Attention to detail, accountability and pride in quality of work
  • Quick learner, creative thinker
  • Knows how to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks (Commission Junction, ShareASale, Linkshare, Impact Radius, etc) a plus
  • Familiarity with HTML, a plus
  • Experience with analytics software such as Omniture or Google Analytics, a plus
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
