Corporate - Creative Project Manager
The Creative Project Manager will oversee the daily management of the creative projects and deadlines. In addition, under the direction of the Creative Director, they will act as program lead from conception through deployment, manage resources and logistics and partner with various internal and external teams to provide solutions to meet creative and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of digital and print creative projects and strong communication skills.
•\tWork under direction of Creative Director to understand the brand strategy and manage the execution of creative assets
•\tDrive creative process and timelines cross functionally with creative, retail and ecommerce teams
•\tDevelop and oversee processes and asset management tools to streamline workflows
•\tLeads the execution of creative project management and process, including scheduling kickoff meetings, project team meetings and working meetings as needed
•\tOversight of creative production including asset management and timelines
•\tLead creative production to support internal and external creative teams.
•\tPartner with finance and senior leadership to align creative budgets, reforecasts and long-range planning.
•\tOversight of creative procurement and logistics responsible for the execution of all ecommerce and retail materials.
•\tManage creative production responsible for digital and printed marketing assets, creation of seasonal catalogs and production of hangtags and packaging.
•\tBachelor\u0027s Degree preferred
•\tAt least 6-8 years in Project Manager role
•\tDemonstrated competency in project management and the execution of multiple or large projects.
•\tStrong attention to detail and focus on project and task completion is critical.
•\tAbility to set and manage priorities and work within tight deadlines
•\tSolid working knowledge of digital and web technologies.
•\tExperience with project management tools, Asana, Jira or Basecamp a plus
•\tAbility to apply critical thinking skills to evaluate an issue and form a solution to problems that arise in day-to-day activities
•\tDemonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional teams.
•\tMust possess leadership qualities and management skills - of both people and projects.
•\tExcellent written and oral communication skills; extremely organized yet flexible.
