Research Analyst (Research & Sales)

Responsibilities:

  • You will support your project manager in serving his clients to make better business and investment decisions by connecting them with relevant experts
  • Being at our frontline service, you will communicate with industry executives, entrepreneurs and professionals on a daily basis
  • To acquaint yourself with our business model and the project process, you start as a support for the team contacting experts worldwide getting them onboard for client projects
  • Step-by-Step, you will be introduced to further aspects of the project process, e.g. independently identifying, selecting and profiling experts within and beyond the Guidepoint network

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (m/f) with high level of academic achievements / Young Professional (m/f) with first working experience
  • Strong communication skills and excellent English is essential; in addition, very good knowledge of any other language (French, Italian, Russian, Portuguese and potentially Arabic) is highly desirable
  • Strong team player with entrepreneurial mind and "can do"-attitude along with pro-active and results-oriented work style and professional conduct
  • Prior experience in executive search, market/business research or management consulting is a plus
