Our TA Team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join us! Come and work with us and be a part of the driving force that finds the perfect people for our rapidly growing company.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a business partner to Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and develop plans to identify and hire excellent people
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting for mid- and senior-level roles within the company - intake, client management, job postings, sourcing, screening, assessments, interview process, feedback, offers and onboarding assistance
  • Work with TA team to develop deep talent pools and ongoing candidate pipelines
  • Maintain regular and targeted communication with internal clients
  • Keep current on industry trends applicable to Guidepoint, as well as to Talent Acquisition
  • Ensure proper data capture to facilitate reporting and post-mortem analysis
  • Assist TA team on ad hoc projects such as ATS management, employer branding, candidate experience and recruitment marketing
  • Maintain average req load of 10-20

What You Have:

  • Degree from a 4 year college
  • 3-5 years experience demonstrated success in permanent placement of candidates of all levels
  • Financial services experience preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and exhibit a professional demeanor to internal and external clients is required
  • Experience in an extremely fast-paced environment with multiple, competing demands. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests from different sources is required
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Experience with ATS programs required; experience with Greenhouse preferred
