The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for refining, implementing and leading our Campus Recruiting program aimed at hiring recent graduates to work in our growing New York, Boston and San Francisco locations. The Campus Recruiter will provide leadership and guidance in developing and implementing a cohesive local campus recruiting strategy designed to identify and recruit top talent.  What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver and execute the successful design, implementation and management of programs related to sourcing, assessing, selecting, hiring, and on-boarding for entry level hires
  • Build and maintain relationships with college career services departments and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and attend university and community networking events
  • Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis on all campus hires, intern conversions, branding ROI, and on-boarding effectiveness
  • Anticipate and understand the talent needs of the organization and develop an active candidate pipeline

What You Have:

  • Degree from a 4 year college
  • Minimum 1 year experience campus recruiting experience an absolute MUST. (If you do not have experience in campus recruiting, this role is not going to be right for you.)
    • Planning, directing, and leading campus recruiting and new hire events
    • Managing large-scale campus and internal events with multiple stakeholders
    • Overseeing high-volume, multi-location hiring
  • Demonstrated strong capacity for successfully working with high volume recruitment and branding campaigns
  • The willingness and ability to travel up to 40% during high-season (September through March)
