This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include the following:
- Partner with the Product Manager(s) to develop, test, deploy & maintain technology and/or solutions to enable business value for GSK, operating within an Agile Product Model and DevOps principles.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations within an Agile Product DevOps model, which includes but is not limited to:
- Business process to system mapping and user requirements capture
- Application and technology design & implementation e.g. automation tools, testing tools etc.
- UX Design & application of Design Thinking methods
- Information/data flow design & implementation
- Application integration selection/design & implementation
- Development, maintenance and management of products and solutions, including the identification of gaps, risks and mitigation approaches
- Engage with key stakeholders and end users to ensure best possible User Experience (UX) and business outcomes are achieved, escalating issues as appropriate (over 30 countries)
- Track exceptions to standards and drive their remediation
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Experience in agile development and DevOps
- Established experience in SQL, VBA and Manufacturing Execution Systems
- Agile, DevOps & Automation [of testing, build, deployment, CI/CD, etc.]
- Experience in automation in Python/PowerShell
- Understanding of regulatory (GxP) standards
- Fluent English
- Experience operating in a globally distributed delivery model
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Knowledge about Serialisation systems
- Knowledge about Manufacturing Processes and Operations
- Knowledge about PLC, OPC, Tags Management
- Knowledge about IT security, network segmentation and firewalls
- Professional experience working with Manufacturing software
- Knowledge about Cloud solutions
