Role objective :
Drive China Fenbid's business objective, will handle 2 key variants, focus on 3 aspects:

  • Strategy planning (short/mid/long-term including OP for next year and 3>1 plan)
  • Communication: strategy development and campaign development
  • Business management: monthly business tracking and analysis. Sensitive for any opportunity and risk.
Work closely with area marketing team on communication and innovation.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables :
Develop / drive category strategy execution and business growth
Drive in-market adoption and execution

KPIs (quantitative and qualitative):
  • Annual sales and share targets
  • Business satisfaction evaluation
  • Compliance with budget & GSK policies
  • Positive 360 feedback

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a BA degree
  • Excellent English spoken and written
  • 6+ years of professional experience with direct experience in FMCG/FMCH MKT background
  • Experience of working across functions

Proven track record
  • Consistent high performance and delivery
  • Successfully executing complex projects from design to completion
  • Utilizing multi source information in a fast-moving environment
  • Leadership in matrix organisation
