The role is a field-based role servicing our customers within the Klang Valley area.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE?
In this role your job purpose is to identify the right targeted customers to align with the appropriate products for the patient's benefits whilst exploring theopportunitiesto expand the reach and access to introduce GSK's range of products for the appropriate patients.
You will also establish S&T ( segmentation & targeting ) and to incorporate into the business plan to explore reach to align GSK's range of products with the right patients though the right customers and to embed PFS ( patient focused selling ) - patient focus selling as the main selling vehicle to engage the customers professionally. Enlistments and building or defending of accounts.
WHAT ARE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?
- To represent GSK in identifying the right patients for the right products through engagement with the customers based on our values.
- Robust planning through territory business planning - lost/gain customers, segmentation & targeting , forecasting, opportunities, challenges and remedial action.
- Securing of commitment through order taking, contract fulfilment ,

Ideally, you will have:
- You are a degree holder preferably in Pharmacist / Pharmaceutical
- You have sales experience specifically within a pharmaceutical or medical or a similar heavy regulated industry
- You have strong professional communication skills and good command of verbal and non-verbal English.
- You have good presentation skills
- You have good analytical skills.
- You will need to have your own car and a driving license.
- You have a Pharmaceutical / Pharmacist educational background at degree level or pre-degree level.
