生产运行 : 为了满足市场对产品产量和质量的需求,参与生产操作
产品质量控制 : 确保生产过程中各环节符合国家GMP要求,公司总部GMP要求,操作按标准、操作程序执行,使产品质量得到有效保证
设备维护与管理: 有效进行日常的设备使用、清洁、维护与模具更换工作,并对设备进行自主维护,使设备处于有效运行与管理之中
安全与卫生: 为了保证生产的安全进行,保证生产现场清洁卫生,符合国家及公司要求,遵守相应的管理措施
新产品、新设备与新工艺: 为保证新产品、新设备与新工艺再生产及包装过程的顺利实施,参与新产品试制;协助主管制定相关操作规程
员工纪律: 为维护良好的生产次序,保证生产正常运行,遵守相关的员工守则,并使之实施
遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定,并完成EHS相关工作。
确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求。
教育程度/经验
相关专业中专、职高或与其相当的职业院校以上
特别知识
制药专业知识,制药行业GMP专门知识,国家药品法规,劳动法、环保法等
技能
岗位技能:能熟练掌握工作流程,熟练运用机器设备进行日常生产,并具备其它该工作所需的岗位技能
沟通能力:具备一定的沟通,表达能力;和同事交流/向上级汇报工作时能做到没有沟通障碍
知识分享:积极和同事交流,学习并分享经验/技巧以及遇到的问题
团队合作:对部门/小组的人员和各职位的工作内容有清晰的认识,能很好的和同一生产组的同事协同工作,具备团队意识及相互帮助的精神。
