新产品、新设备与新工艺： 为保证新产品、新设备与新工艺再生产及包装过程的顺利实施，参与新产品试制;协助主管制定相关操作规程
员工纪律： 为维护良好的生产次序，保证生产正常运行，遵守相关的员工守则，并使之实施
遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定，并完成EHS相关工作。
确保行为符合国家法律、法规政策的要求。
教育程度/经验
相关专业中专、职高或与其相当的职业院校以上
特别知识
制药专业知识，制药行业GMP专门知识，国家药品法规，劳动法、环保法等
技能
岗位技能：能熟练掌握工作流程，熟练运用机器设备进行日常生产，并具备其它该工作所需的岗位技能
沟通能力：具备一定的沟通，表达能力;和同事交流/向上级汇报工作时能做到没有沟通障碍
知识分享：积极和同事交流，学习并分享经验/技巧以及遇到的问题
团队合作：对部门/小组的人员和各职位的工作内容有清晰的认识，能很好的和同一生产组的同事协同工作，具备团队意识及相互帮助的精神。
