Product Manager Oncology (m/w/d)
(full-time 38,5 hrs./week)

with the life-changing potential of helping patients with cancer. We are setting out new
priorities in R&D, and are committed to extending our expertise in four specific areas of
cancer research: Cancer Epigenetics, Immuno-Oncology, Oncology Cell Therapy and
Synthetic Lethality.
Our oncology unit is growing and is driven by its own collaborative team of research and
development and commercially-facing roles united in a single goal- to play a part in helping
to fight cancer in our patients.

Your tasks:
•As Product Manager you will be responsible for the development of the local brand plan and annual budget in alignment with the BU Head Oncology
•You assist with the development of promotional tactics
•You will be responsible for execution of tactical plans and management of brand budget by working closely with sales, training, marketing operations, and medical affairs
•You assist with day-to-day interaction with advertising agency to ensure optimal execution
•You work with Regulatory, Medical Affairs and Legal on review of promotional tactics and materials
•You partner with Analytics and competitive intelligence team on customer insights and competitive needs
•You assist in the development and implementation of congresses and sales meetings
•You ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal guidelines

Your Requirements:
•BA or BS required, scientific degree or MBA preferred
•Several years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, oncology preferred
•Previously participated in a launch of a pharmaceutical product
•Experience working with external agencies, vendors and consultants in support of marketing plans and sales force needs
•Self-motivated and self-confident with the ability to act with urgency and passion
•Strong organizational skills to maintain a high level of productivity, innovation, and priority-setting
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment
•Excellent oral and written communication skills for effectively interfacing with all levels of management and departments within the company
•Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, patient-centric and results-oriented
•Fluent in German and English

Market-compliant annual gross salary from EUR 70.000,-- with corresponding overpayment, depending on your qualifications and relevant experience.
