1.Always bear a Growth Mindset; Identify category innovation opportunity through deep consumer insight and market understanding. Lead and develop proper innovation that fits China based on true insight.
2.Manage full innovation process, including idea identification, concept development, business case validation, business model development, till full launch plan. Get internal key stakeholder well alignment during each gate(PMR).
3.Own brand short-to-middle term growth strategy and develop 1 year operation plan. Work with cross channels to identify channel growth plan that support brand growth. Own daily business operation and tracking, with fast reaction to any business challenges.
