Marketing Manager Oncology
As GSK is building and accelerating its emerging business in Oncology, we are looking for a Marketing Manager Oncology to build a world class Oncology organization in the Netherlands. This role will be focusing on marketing activities for Oncology priority brands in the Netherlands. The Marketing Manager Oncology will be responsible for leading, implementation and execution of localized marketing strategy.

Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:

  • Contribute to building the localized brand strategy
  • Deliver localized omnichannel marketing strategy and exceptional customer experience, meet customer expectations at highest level within GSK standards and values
  • Integrate different brand activity plans with commercial lead(s) for specific customer groups/segments
  • Active content generation together with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Execute global integrated campaigns in line with specific customer segment needs
  • Collect customer insight, analyze data to improve customer experience and build business
  • Lead implementation of marketing tactics with account managers and other relevant stakeholders
  • Actively manage performance of marketing operations
  • Understand Customer needs and be responsible to translate that into insights to localized marketing strategy
  • Deliver key product selling points and strategy to customers, in line with customer segment priorities.
  • Engage with customers and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of exceptional experience
  • Flawlessly executes localized global campaigns
  • Appropriately engage with Medical to gain customer insights from EE and key customer groups to ensure deep customer insight and respond to customer needs
  • Manage local congresses, and GSKsponsored digital or face to face events
  • Collaborate with 3rd party stakeholders and global and regional teams in terms of local implementation
  • Understands business analytics and respond accordingly to ensure customer engagement, deliver share growth and increase touchpoints.
  • Develops a media plan in line with Global strategy to ensure an appropriate integration with the Global campaign objectives

Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Master or Phd preferably in life sciences and/or business management, possibly (pharma) marketing
  • Broad experience in Oncology marketing (min 5 years) and historical (1-3 years) experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Excellence in execution: Prioritization, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving
  • Strong marketing capability including proven success in multichannel marketing
  • Knowledge of Marketing ways of working and Code of Promotion
  • Excellence in execution: Prioritization, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Dutch and English

Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:
  • Knowledge of Marketing ways of working and Code of Promotion
  • Knowledge of the technical development of commercially successful biopharmaceutical products.
  • A natural self-starter, hands-on with the ability to build a business.
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative of spirit.
