Accelerate the sales growth at eCommerce channel which is one of the most important growth drivers in CH Japan by developing business plan and managing eCommerce key accounts with multi-functional members.

Basic qualifications:
・ FMCG業界経験
・ 5年以上のアカウント本部や卸のマネジメント経験
・ e-commerceチャネルの担当経験とビジネスオペレーション・スキームの理解

プランニングスキル
・ 他部署を巻き込み業務を進めるコラボレーションスキル
・ プロジェクト・マネジメントスキル
・ 情報収集・分析力
・ 得意先との円滑な関係構築スキル/
・ ROIを最大化できる販促金管理スキル /

・More than 5years experiences of managing chain store head quarter or wholesaler
・Experience in the FMCG industry
・Experience in handling e-commerce channel business and knowledge of business operation and scheme for e-commerce

Planning skills:
・Experience in collaborating with and involving members from various departments
・Project management skills
・Information gathering and analytical skills
・Relationship management skill with customers.
・Promotion management skill to maximize ROI

Preferred Qualifications:
・ 基本的なファイナンス知識
・ 中級レベル以上の英語
・ トレードマーケティング経験

・Basic P/L knowledge
・Intermediate English skill
・Experience of trade marketing
