Primary Objective Of Position:
To lead a Key Account team to manage the KA business effectively so as to achieve channel sales objectives and profitability

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Develop and manage account plan
Lead Key Account sales team to achieve sales goal and ensure long term key account business success
Manage account team in the preparation and execution of annual account plans/ promotion plan/ sales forecast/ and customer information
Co-work with Field Sales execution team to ensure the sales excellence in trade Co-work with Customer activation team to maximize the sales impact in shopper/customer perspectives
Develop key account sales strategy and aligned with brand goals and channel balance.
Manage customer conflicts while following company's trade strategy including retail pricing/ customer profitability
Maintain customer relationship and partner with account for business development
Take the role of Regional account coordination and liaison with other markets
Utilize trade spending appropriately to maximize ROI
Develop account management capabilities via people development and nourishing account knowledge

Experience / Knowledge / Technical Skills Required:
-University or above
-At least 8 years of experience in FMCG sales and marketing field with a minimum of 5 years in Key Account Management
-2 years of team management experience
-Solid account management experience with proven ability in sales achievement, customer relationship and strategic thinking.
-Good negotiation skill
-Good presentation skill
-Problem solving skill
-Good command of computer skills
-Good command in English
