KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Achieve retail sales target by company level strategy;
  • Develop the strategy of regional/district KA customers, plan and complete the annual contract negotiations of KA customers aligned with company strategy under guidance of district manager;
  • Regularly communicate with KA customers and establish strategic partnerships;
  • KA customer profile and relationship management;
  • Activities/Events to the KA customers required by the company strictly and efficiently in GSK compliance framework;
  • Regular visit to KA customers by KPI or line manager requirements, record in CRM for tracking and other performance purpose;
  • Co-visit chain stores with MRs and provide effective feedbacks and further actions;
  • KPIs required by company and BU level;
  • Other tasks assigned by line managers.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education Backgroud:

Colleague degree or above, Medical, pharmacy or related majors preferred;

Experience & knowledge:
  • 2+sales working experience (OTC or prescription drugs) at the retail chain headquarters;
  • foreign company experience background is preferred
Core competencies:
  • Good communication skills both internal and external is required;
  • Can work under high pressure;
  • Responsible for sales target;
  • Team work and pro-active spirit;
English skills preferred but not must.
