Ihre Aufgaben:

- Tatkräftige Unterstützung der HR Business Partner bei der Betreuung der Fachbereiche
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen, Teilzeitvereinbarungen, etc
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Eintritten, Austritten , Versetzungen und weiteren Prozessen innerhalb der Human Resources Abteilung
- Erstellung von Personalauswertungen und -Statistiken
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der ausgelagerten Entgeltabrechnung
- First Point of contact für alle Fragen rund um Human Resources Prozesse

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau, ergänzt durch eine Zusatzqualifikation (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer HR-Shared-Service Organisation
- Anwendungssichere PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem Umgang von Workday und/oder SAP-HR
- Ausgeprägter Teamgeist, hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sehr gutes Organisationsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
