We are currently looking for experienced Financial Planning & Forecast Analyst in our brand-new Finance Hub in Malaysia to provide planning & forecasting support to a variety of stakeholders across different markets in APAC. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your business partnering skills within our technology enabled finance hub in KL. You will help manage the preparation of in-market forecasts, prepare monthly management reports and other complex activities.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Planning & Finance Lead with the preparation of plans to the Leadership Team.
- Responsible for the preparation of the monthly Opex, A&P, cash flow forecast and internal management reports.
- Accountable for creating, updating and maintaining financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts for the market.
- Compare forecasts against budgets and prior month forecasts.
- Performs variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
- Relevant experience preferably within a similar operating model and similar sector
- Experience in Financial Planning/Budgeting, preferably in a multinational company.
- Expertise in creating or extracting information from /to excel and use of advanced formulas.
- Proficient financial knowledge of analysis, evaluation, modelling and forecasting with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
