The new Consumer Health Business in GSK is a fast-moving dynamic business, bringing together, as part of a joint venture with Pfizer, two exciting consumer-centric portfolios which include Oral Health, Respiratory & Skin, Pain and Wellness. As the Director, New Product Development -Volteren, you will drive the identification, implementation and embedding of clinical strategies to improve business performance and clinical studies delivery within the region. You will play a key role in supporting the Regional head of Clinical Operations to manage business operations.

A role in GSK Consumer Health offers the opportunity to work across a portfolio with true variety, with products including medicines, devices and cosmetics. As part of the joint venture, this portfolio is becoming even stronger, including a variety of well-known and instantly recognizable products. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following...
  • Successfully liaise with key internal (Local Operating Country (LOC) Clinical Operations Heads, GSK central study teams, Country Medical Directors, Area Medical Directors, etc.) and external (strategic partners) stakeholders in the region to ensure the achievement of key deliverables
  • Support management of strategic partner oversight in the region.
  • Drive study delivery, business efficiencies, implementation of new process and quality improvement within the Area
  • Support management and tracking of financials for Americas Region
  • Support management and tracking of study delivery metrics for the Americas region
  • Support management of resourcing in the region.
  • Contribute into cross-functional projects both within Pharmaceutical R&D and with other stakeholders outside of Pharmaceutical R&D, contribute/lead above-country initiatives and projects;
  • Facilitate Americas leadership team meetings.
