Because of demand increase we are planning to expand our business and as a result we are currently looking for a Marketing professional acting as Senior Brand Manager/Brand Manager for our oral health category. You will have the task to exponentially grow the business and will be managing some of our top growth driving brands like Polident and Poligrip You will work in a dynamic team with lots of opportunities to closely communicate and negotiate with the global team. Additionally you have the opportunity to act as a role model and to mentor and coach your team member(s.) Additionally you assist the Area Marketing Lead whom you will report to in effectively managing the mid/long term strategy.
This position will allow you to potentially move up to Area Marketing Manager or Director in the future. Additionally, if you wish and prove yourself to be, there is a chance to work overseas in the future.

Job Purpose/Key responsibilities:
•Lead the Denture brand, the biggest portfolios in GSK CHJ close to 100MM£ as senior brand manager.
•This position expects to lead some of the most critical projects as the company's top priority, with strong leadership, marketing capability, communication skills and learning agility;
• Design and develop the NPD for Japan and closely working with Global team, lead short/mid/long term Innovation strategy & plans.
•Implement Connection and Activation plans; Ensure perfect execution for the NPD launches and on-going business. The Connection planning includes wholistic media plans including TV, PR, Digital, In-store and Expert.
•Significantly enhance digital campaigns by monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities through 'test and learn.
•OJT teaching/coaching of the team
Required Skills, experience etc.
•Good English communication/writing skill (Capable of having weekly TC with global team)
•Analytical skill using multiple sources of data such as Intage, U&A, NPD researches, etc.
•Drive for results, resilient, persistent, passionate, innovative and having a sense of urgency
•Knowledge of consumer marketing
•At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably FMCG.
•TVCM development, media planning
Education, Language, others:
•Native level Japanese in writing/speaking
•Business level English in writing/speaking. This position requires close communication/negotiation with the global team.
