Are you interested in assisting in the design and development of analytical methods to support product and process development? If so, this Associate Scientist role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.

As an Associate Scientist, you will be responsible for participating to development of analytical methods in the separation (chromatography and electrophoresis) area, performing routine and not routine sample testing to support process development and product understanding of new candidate vaccines.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following :

  • Analyzing vaccines, recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, and/or mRNA vaccine candidates using HPLC and UPLC such as reversed phase chromatography (RP-HPLC), size exclusion chromatography (SEC) , ion exchange chromatography (IEX) and affinity chromatographyor electrophoresis techniques such as SDS-PAGE or Capillary Electrophoresis.

Basic Qualifications We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • MS degree with 3+ years of industry experience or a BS degree with 5+ years of industry experience in analyzing vaccines.


Preferred Qualifications If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Experience with other separation technologies such as SDS-PAGE and capillary electrophoresis is a plus.
  • Proficiency with the use of Waters instrumentation and Empower software is preferred.
