About the Opportunity:

The Analyst of Marketing Strategy and Operations will be a part of the Marketing Strategy & Operations team. He/she will be responsible for leading business-critical marketing analyses, C-suite reporting, cross-functional marketing campaign measurement and more. He/she will partner across the marketing team to solve data needs, enabling strategic and organizational alignment towards company objectives.


Some Challenges You’ll Tackle:

        Support the Head of Strategy and Operations with C-suite business analytics support

        Enable strategic decisions cross-functionally by analyzing trends, performing competitive analyses and measuring major marketing campaigns

        Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

        Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

        Manage daily key-metric dashboard

        Lead ad-hoc reporting needs for the team


You Should Have:

        1-3 years of experience

        Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

        Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical learnings into strategic insights

        Ability to work with different people at all levels and ability to remain calm under pressure

        Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

        Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)

        Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)

        Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

        Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Google Docs and Microsoft Office

        BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

        Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
