Front End Web Developer and Designer

Do you consider yourself a "unicorn"? One who can design beautiful web pages while also possessing the ability to translate your design into a functioning page using HTML/CSS/Javascript? Have you ever added 1px of top padding to an element...removed it…then added it back just because it had to be absolutely perfect? Are you passionate about the way users behave online and how your experiences can drive those users to increase our business goals? If so, we want you to join our fast-paced digital marketing team as our Front-End Web Developer and Designer to create stellar online experiences with a mission of changing people's lives.

The nitty gritty: you should function comfortably in an Agile environment and be able to engage in multiple projects simultaneously to define, create, and enhance web experiences ranging from small, content and visual updates to large, complex website builds, all while delivering on time and within budget. You must be open-minded, a team player, and a strong communicator. You must have a thorough proficiency in applying and creating UX/UI design, an extensive understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3, along with solid understanding and ability to modify Javascript and jQuery. In addition, you must possess a strong understanding of all components of responsive frameworks, specifically Twitter Bootstrap 3.XX.
