We are looking for a full-time Office / IT Manager to join our dynamic group. 

IT Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting to detect and resolve computer problems (blue screen, internet, application)

  • Purchase computer hardware/software

  • Move user’s workstation around as required

  • Install company approved applications

  • Install and update required hardware/software

  • Research and recommend computer hardware/software

  • Managing network, including wireless connections

  • Manage and administer Router – (ZyXel router) create and delete IP address, update

  • Manage and administer phone system (freebpx server) VoIP – create, move, and delete

  • Anti-Virus system (Kaspersky)- install, update, and purchase

  • Creative cloud (Apps support) – troubleshoot problems

  • Manage and Administer Email (Google for Business) – Create, transfer ownership, and backup

  • Manage and Administer Printers/Fax – (HP, Xerox, brother) troubleshoot printer problems, order supplies (toners and printing paper)

  • Manage dropbox users account – troubleshoot, create, delete, transfer ownership, backup user

  • Manage and Administer Gravity Conference calendar and Conference phone lines, including WebEx video conferencing web portal

  • Manage and Administer camera system

  • Provide technical assistance and advice to users

  • Assist implementing practice that are more effectively utilize resource

  • Stay updated on the latest developing technology

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general office managerial tasks

  • Maintain a list of office supplies

  • Coordinate the conference lines and conference room calendars

  • Answer phone calls (low volume)
