Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary advocate and driver of all Grasshopper social media initiatives
  • Act as the voice of Grasshopper on all our social networks and online
  • Maintain our social presence on multiple platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn and more
  • Monitor social channels and respond in a timely fashion
  • Monitor for and respond to urgent social inquiries during off-hours and weekends
  • Identify opportunities to drive traffic, sales and organic growth through our blogs, social media, and community outreach
  • Manage and grow internal customer community (hosted on Influitive platform)
  • Work closely with in-house content team to align the social media strategy with our overall content plan
  • Manage and optimize sponsored ads and paid media campaigns on social
  • Oversee and collaborate with agency partners to ensure creative cohesion across channels and deliver on strategy, deadlines and budget management.
  • Lead social strategy and execution for GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, and other GetGo products as necessary.
  • Monitor performance and impact of all programs/platforms to maximize effectiveness.

Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years of experience with social media marketing
  • Agency management experience
  • Outstanding written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in and passion for community engagement and relationship building
  • Experience in and knowledge of executing best practices on social media platforms on behalf of another brand
  • Proven ability to create, execute and measure social programs and campaigns
  • Creativity and passion for what you do
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and contribute to several marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Influitive a plus.
