As our Head of Corporate Communications, you will develop and execute Included Health’s PR and Corporate Communications strategy. You will work closely with key stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure that Include Health’s communications and thought leadership programs are tightly aligned to business objectives, priorities and strategic direction. With a proven track record of success in developing and managing communications strategies for high-growth organizations, this leader will elevate Included Health’s messaging and ensure a steady drumbeat of coverage to support the company’s rapid growth and build our corporate brand.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the corporate communications team, including public and media relations, social media, events, and investor and analyst communications
- Drive positive coverage of Included Health
- Leverage both owned and earned channels to build and execute communications strategies around the company’s top priorities to drive positive coverage and stories that advance Included Health’s narrative and influence
- Build and implement executive communications and thought leadership programs to build awareness, influence and affinity forIncluded Health
- Guide Included Health’s conferences & events strategy and speaker & awards programs
- Develop media relations strategies in key markets and manage editorial calendars
- Lead development of all communications materials across pitches, news releases, bylines and contributed articles, fact sheets, talking points, blog posts, social media posts and executive briefing documents
- Work closely with our policy team to develop and drive communications programs that advance our advocacy initiatives
- Proactively identify and collaborate with third party influencers and organizations to amplify our messages
- Manage the relationship with our external PR agency - ensure they meet key deliverables and goals
- Ensure website corporate background materials and press center are up to date

Education and Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably having worked in-house.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with people management responsibilities
- Experience executing media campaigns, building relationships with media and working with executives
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated career progression from digital marketing through to multichannel planning roles.
- Strong preference for health tech or tech industry experience and/or healthcare/benefits experience
