AM Food & Beverage Manager

The Roxy Hotel seeks experienced F&B Managers to manage the service of the bar, lounge, room service, front and back of house.
We are looking for an AM F&B Manager and one swing shift F&B Manager.

Responsibilities include:
•Floor presence; ensuring service standards are consistent
•Training and evaluating team members in their roles
•Conducting effective pre-shifts
•Scheduling & payroll
•Inventory and purchasing
•Building strong rapport with guests

Requirements:
•The ideal candidate must be energetic and detail-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
•Applicants should be computer savvy. Familiarity of OpenTable and Micros is a plus
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with knowledge of Excel and Word are required
•Must be able to work effectively with all department managers
•Must be style savvy and have an interest in Music, Fashion, Art, Dining & Nightlife (pertaining to NYC)
•Creative problem solver
