Brewhouse - Front & Back of House (Part/Full-Time)

Job Description

Front of House

  • FOH positions include Servers, Bussers, Hosts, Food Runners and Bartenders.
  • Provide customers with an exemplary dining/drinking experience.
  • Take and serve orders with complete accuracy.
  • Communicate closely with kitchen and bar to ensure food and drink orders are accurate and timely.
  • Consistently attend to all customers in assigned areas. Read and adapt to verbal and nonverbal cues to address customer needs.

Back of House

  • BOH positions include Line cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers.
  • Work closely with others in a fast paced kitchen
  • Execute consistent items from scratch
  • Uphold sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Front of House

  • 1 years experience in customer-service focused role- restaurant, retail, hospitality, etc.
  • Serving experience in bar/restaurant environment strongly preferred for server positions.
  • Bartending experience strongly preferred for those applying for bartender positions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to memorize and explain a dynamic beer and food menu to customers.
  • Basset and Food Handler certification required

Back of House

  • Solid experience in relevant kitchen positions strongly preferred.
  • Cooking/Prep positions:
  • 1 years experience in similar roles preferred
  • Solid understanding of food preparation and basic to complex cooking methods across varied styles.
  • Able to follow detailed recipes and verbal instructions with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work quickly and adapt to meet flow of demand.
  • Able to stand for full shift.
  • Able to work in hot, fast-paced environment.
