Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
  • Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycles that address continuous improvement including resource stewardship, and near and long-term objectives.
  • Determine and collect data needed to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, manage expectations of executive cross-functional leads, and ensure they have the insights they need to make decisions.
