Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in project management, project planning, and communication.
- Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science or other technical related field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to operate with energy and flexibility in a constantly evolving team environment.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
- Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycles that address continuous improvement including resource stewardship, and near and long-term objectives.
- Determine and collect data needed to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, manage expectations of executive cross-functional leads, and ensure they have the insights they need to make decisions.
