Paralegal File Clerk

Responsibilities: The paralegal file clerk will be responsible for providing file creation, organization and maintenance services to the paralegals, working with documents stored both electronically and in hard-copy. The paralegal file clerk will be required to develop knowledge of client documents, as well as corporate maintenance databases, that will enable him or her to provide support to paralegals that includes indexing, uploading, tracking, retrieving and re-filing voluminous documents related to various types of corporate matters. The paralegal file clerk may also be asked provide assistance with drafting correspondence, maintenance of corporate records, processing invoices and coordinating mailings.RequirementsRequirements: Associate's Degree required. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and be able to work well in a team oriented environment.
