The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys during all stages of complex litigation matters. They will help organize and manage discovery materials, and will be required to develop a strong knowledge of case strategy, facts and documents that can be leveraged to assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trials. The Litigation Paralegal will assist with fact checking and cite-checking motions and briefs, and will work with attorneys to analyze case materials and synthesize relevant information into memoranda, charts and timelines. The Litigation Paralegal will also be responsible for coordinating internal resources and external vendors to ensure the needs of case teams are met during all phases of litigation.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience working on complex litigation matters are required. The successful candidate must have trial experience. Experience with Intellectual Property litigation preferred, as is experience with cite-checking and the Bluebook. Applicants should possess strong organizational and communication skills, be capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
