About the Role

GoodRx is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join the Manufacturer Solutions team and report to the Manager of Client Success.

This individual will have a passion for digital healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. They will drive program implementation, help build meaningful, long-lasting relationships and be focused on delivering exceptional client service to pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, and their business constituents, via GoodRx.com. Responsibilities:

●Responsible for the day-to-day client relationship with Pharmaceutical manufacturer customers, which providing excellent customer service and managing all aspects of the client relationship
●Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce program ROI and to provide insights to help clients achieve business goals
●Partner with Sales to support new business development and organic growth of accounts
●Work with Program Implementation to ensure smooth and effective implementation of new programs
●Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business
Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions to customers
●Manage implementation process by ensuring stakeholders deliver what is needed on time and within client expectations
●Work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process
●Create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool
●Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and regulatory requirements in the Pharma space. Retain and renew annual contracts, upselling and optimizing where applicable
 
 
Skills & Qualifications:

   5+ years of professional experience in client management, ideally within pharma, healthcare technology, or an advertising agency
  Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail
●Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition
●Willingness to think critically and solve problems in new or creative ways
   A deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies
●Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana
Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:

New York City Office: $79,000 to $127,000
Charleston Office: $65,000 to $104,000
