Programmatic Media Manager

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reliable campaign reporting systems on a daily, weekly and monthly
  • Closely monitor real-time campaign performance to maximize revenue opportunities
    across channels, including exchanges, trading desks, DSPs and advertising networks
  • Strategize, set up, and successfully launch campaigns across multiple platforms (prior
    experience with DBM and/or DoubleClick products is a plus)
  • Work with Ad Operations team to ensure all specs and implementation are in compliance with
  • Collaborate with external partner contacts and internal analytics team to resolve any
    technical or quality issues originating from channels
  • Aid in the deployment and optimization of new data products and exchanges
  • Proactively maintain knowledge of industry trends as they relate to the space and
    disseminate across the agency and to clients

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 1 year of digital media experience, experience preferred
  • Expert knowledge of the entire ecosystem, including RTB, PMPs, DSPs, SSPs/ad exchanges,
    and 3rd party data providers
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to clearly communicate
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, etc.)
  • Understanding of key digital advertising metrics and the current industry trends (eg.
    viewability, header bidding, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of client services, advertising operations and ad serving
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience required
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or SQL a plus
