Assistant Programmatic Planner

  • Develop and maintain reliable campaign reporting systems on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule
  • Closely monitor real-time campaign performance to maximize revenue opportunities across  channels, including exchanges, trading desks, DSPs and advertising networks
  • Strategize, set up, and successfully launch  campaigns across multiple platforms (prior experience with DBM and/or DoubleClick products is a plus)
  • Work with Ad Operations team to ensure all specs and implementation are in compliance with policy
  • Collaborate with external partner contacts and internal analytics team to resolve any technical or quality issues originating from  channels
  • Aid in the deployment and optimization of new data products and exchanges
  • Proactively maintain knowledge of industry trends as they relate to the  space and disseminate across the agency and to clients

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Preferably some work experience or marketing-related internship
  • Strong interest in Digital Media
  • Aptitude for learning new skills (both technical and organic) 
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable to change and able to multi-task 
  • Strong math and analytical skills 
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Able to speak and write clearly and persuasively 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or SQL a plus
