The Technology Services Operations (TSO) team is responsible for support of the firm's infrastructure including all network, voice, database, storage, backups, and OS components. This includes automation of all infrastructure related activities including problem resolution, scheduled events, regular maintenance, and new user requests.

HOW YOUR WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  • Plan/Execute all technical aspects of voice infrastructure upgrades, installations and enhancements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Goldman Sachs internal voice teams on technical projects and issues globally across various time zones.
  • Interact with various Goldman Sachs voice platform vendors on issues and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of changes, incidents, projects and as-built documentation.
  • Work actively with team members and voice operations management to improve team efficiency and efficacy.
  • Assess risk associated with voice platform issues and respond/communicate in a timely manner.
  • Uphold Goldman Sachs Core Business principles and compliance standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong hands-on voice systems experience required
  • Experience with Cisco Call Manager, Call Center, Voice Recording (Cybertech, Verint), Audio Conferencing (Avaya), Unity Voice mail systems, Trader Voice platforms (IPC, BT, Unigy, ISR/Hoots) is preferred
