The Equities Technology Onboarding engineering team is looking for experienced software engineers and client onboarding specialists to join a growing team in a fast-paced front office environment, with high level of direct interaction with external clients, vendors, trading desks and internal platform engineering teams.


Key responsibilities of the role are to increase the level of automation of the FIX Onboarding process to reduce manual onboarding work, while improving efficiency and quality of the GSET Client Onboarding workflow; build new APIs for integrating with existing work flow tools; create re-usable code for adding new client specific customizations; improve regression testing tools; work with regional teams to deliver enhancements to global onboarding processes.


  • Build Automated workflows to eliminate of manual setup and addition of clients in GS Fix Engine
  • Creation of API for integrating with existing work flows to providing point and click onboarding
  • Creation of re-usable code when adding new strategies, destinations and customizations
  • Build and Deployment of regression testing tools for external clients and vendors
  • Work with regional teams on delivery of enhancements to global onboarding processes

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Java experience building server-side solutions in the Linux environment - Python or similar scripting language experience

Preferred Qualifications

Relational (Sybase, DB2) and non-relational (Mongo DB etc) database experience is preferred UI development experience is a plus Electronic Trading and FIX Onboarding domain knowledge is a plus
