The Finance and Risk Division Admin team is a global team within Controllers that manages the following functions and deliverables for the Finance and Risk divisions globally: • Financial analysis, budgeting and reporting, vendor management and audit fees • Data and technology risk, business continuity planning • Divisional administration, reporting and training initiatives We are looking for a technical writer to create and write online help for internal software systems and processes. Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Ability to explain complex financial topics • Effectively gather information from subject matter experts across Finance, Risk, and Technology • Perform technical and functional analysis • Manage existing and new help projects • Review and create topics based on usage statistics • Work with internal end-users and Technology teams to create new topics • Create engaging eLearning projects/training modules • Write JavaScript for custom functionality


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required • Experience required – Structured Authoring/DITA • Experience required – Adobe Captivate and/or other eLearning tools • Experience required – JavaScript/jQuery • Experience required – Microsoft Office, Visio and SharePoint • Experience preferred – Version control/Subversion (SVN) • Experience preferred – HTML and CSS, particularly Bootstrap • Experience preferred – oXygen XML Editor • Experience preferred – Confluence • Experience preferred – Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator) • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral; confident in interaction with all levels of employees • Detailed-oriented, self-motivated and organized. Able to multi-task varying priorities and deliverables. • Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment as both an individual and team contributor • Ability to envision new ideas on best ways to provide product information to end users • Prior experience in financial services industry preferred
