Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Securities Division Management & Strategy team is seeking an Analyst to help drive initiatives in the Interest Rate Products (IRP) business globally, with a specific focus on Regulatory Analysis & Execution activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attentional to detail and experience identifying ways to make processes more efficient and effective, as well as working successfully across diverse groups of cross-functional stakeholders. A candidate should demonstrate comfort with complex workflow and financial analytics, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A successful candidate will:
- Work closely with senior IRP Business Leaders to understand their franchises and existing regulatory workflow
- Develop a deep understanding of broader regulatory requirements, methodology, and internal implementation
- Work closely across multiple stakeholder groups to develop recommendations that will enhance efficiency, improve accuracy, and establish appropriate process controls across all asset classes
- Implement key process improvement recommendations
- Partner with Regulatory Strats to optimize workflow and industrialize Regulatory Analysis & Execution

Experience
- Strong experience with process implementation and improvement
- Robust academic background with demonstrated interest in a diverse set of subject areas
- Solid interest in financial markets and products
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with securities-related regulatory policies (e.g., Volcker, CCAR) would be a bonus
- Experience with advanced statistical analysis also a bonus
